Request Access Workflow
Employees and contractors can request app, device, mailbox, VPN/security, internal file, and partner portal access. Managers and IT can approve, deny, and complete requests.
Workflow: Requested → Manager Review → IT Review → Approved → Completed. Production approval should validate Entra group membership server-side.
Track contractor profile details, start dates, manager ownership, required documents, commission plans, apps, learning, agreement status, onboarding progress, and access expiration. Offboarding should only start when a contractor is ending or access needs to be removed.
